Welcome to the AoC East Midlands FE Sports Hub, the ultimate site for accessing information regarding sport in the AoC East Midlands member colleges.
Further Education (FE) Colleges provide a wide range of courses at varying levels, catering largely for 16-19 year olds. As well as providing students with an education, FE colleges are committed to providing opportunities for all students to participate in sport and physical activity, and to supporting them to lead a healthy lifestyle.
A significant investment by Sport England and the Department of Culture Media and Sport through the strategy 'Creating a Sporting Habit for Life', will aim to increase the proportion of 14-25 year olds who participate in sport. This ensures an exciting time ahead for the sector with plenty of support and opportunities to engage with key partners.
